- Hassle-Free Returns/Exchange : Available within 7 days of delivery. Please allow 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
- Pick-Up Attempts : Two attempts will be made by us to pick-up the products. If unsuccessful, the customer must handover the item back to us. Availability depends on your pin code.

Refunds & Timeline
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving the returned product and are credited to the original payment method without any deduction.
- COD Orders: A refund link will be shared by ONYC to provide Bank/UPI details. Refunds are processed manually within 7 days after receiving the returned product.
Note: COD charges of ₹50 per order are non-refundable, as these are collected from customers at the time of placing the order.
Condition : Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.

my honest thoughts about the product is its very good quality of material used as cloth mesh for air circulation and keep the babies feet dry and to add more comfort are the non slip silicone sole which is so flexible and my baby is liking to were it. I recommend the product for others.. I didn't believe in all those reviews until I purchased it for my kid..
My kid kept slipping on tiled floor. Its sole is different. Its good on roads and concrete.

I absolutely love this shoe! It looks great and feels very comfortable — my 1‑year‑old could run around easily in them. I’ve bought the same pair again now that he’s turning 2. The shoes have a rubber-like sole and a soft cloth top, making them perfect for kids. This type of shoe really deserves more attention and should be advertised more!
The shoes are great and my family and toddler approve because it saves from the cold and is soft enough for a first shoe. The design is also really nice. It's pretty!
The only problem was that the strap came off within one month of purchase. So I was a bit disappointed.
