Returns & Exchange Policy

Hassle-Free Returns/Exchange : Available within 7 days of delivery. Please allow 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
Pick-Up Attempts : Two attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the customer must ship the item back to us. Availability depends on your pin code.
SELF-SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
If reverse pick-up is unavailable in the customer's pin code, the customer must courier the product(s) to the following address :

Note : Shipping costs in case of SELF-SHIPPING up to ₹60 will be refunded by the brand

REFUNDS AND TIMELINE

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving the returned product and are credited to the original payment method without any deduction.
COD Orders: A refund link will be shared by ONYC to provide Bank/UPI details. Refunds are processed manually within 2-3 working days post-pickup or 3-4 days after receiving the details.
- Note: COD charges of ₹50 per order are non-refundable, as these are collected from customers at the time of placing the order.

Condition : Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.

Exclusions :

Products from BOGO or free-product deals are **not eligible** for returns/exchanges.
Used products cannot be returned to maintain hygiene standards.
