Payment Policy
- Accepted Payment Methods: Major debit and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), Net Banking, UPI & COD.

Card Details:
- Visa & MasterCard: 16-digit card number, card expiry date, 3-digit CVV, enrolled with VBV/MSC.
- American Express: 15-digit card number, 4-digit code.
- Transaction Details: Payments will appear as ONYC on bank statements.
- Payment Security: All payment information is encrypted to ensure security. Payments are processed in real-time.
Pricing Policy
- Currency: All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
- Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice, billed as per the current price at the time of order.
Delivery Policy
- Operating Hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Delivery Time: Typically 5-7 business days, subject to delays during public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
- Signature Requirement: Goods need to be signed for upon delivery. ONYC is not responsible for deliveries signed by alternative persons.
- Damage Responsibility: ONYC is not responsible for damage after delivery.
- OTP Requirement: Some deliveries may require an OTP, sent to the number provided during order placement.
Order Tracking
- Courier Partners: Orders are delivered through registered courier partners.

Shipping Policy
- Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placement (Monday to Saturday).
- Delivery Address: Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided, not the billing address.
- Delivery Attempts: Three delivery attempts will be made before the order is returned.
- Shipping Costs: Based on product size, order volume, and destination. Final charges are shown at checkout.
