- Pick-Up Attempts : Two attempts will be made by us to pick-up the products. If unsuccessful, the customer must handover the item back to us. Availability depends on your pin code.

Refunds & Timeline
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving the returned product and are credited to the original payment method without any deduction.
- COD Orders: A refund link will be shared by ONYC to provide Bank/UPI details. Refunds are processed manually within 7 days after receiving the returned product.
Note: COD charges of ₹50 per order are non-refundable, as these are collected from customers at the time of placing the order.
Condition : Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.

Purchased a flip flop chapal from onyc .com
while exchange the product they raised it to exchange but didnot responce to it after some day they took the product but not delivered the new product either not refund for the product
Good quality and comfortable to wear
One if the chappals is slightly raised. I wanted to return it but my son liked it so didn't complaint. But as its online order so I may not order again without checking it with hands.
The look and comfort is not the issue. But the string that is there was unexpected. It is not shown in the picture also. I had gotten it for daily wear not occasionally.
My son loved the slippers... He has asked me to shortlist few for the next time.
What I liked the most is a smooth and quick delivery of the product.

Though the quality is very very good but the size is not that great. It's broad and comfortable on my baby's feet but the slipper length is not correct. I already ordered a bigger size but the slipper length is still short and does not fit very well.
