Exchange & Return Policy
- Hassle-Free Returns/Exchange : Available within 7 days of delivery. Please allow 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
- Pick-Up Attempts : Two attempts will be made by us to pick-up the products. If unsuccessful, the customer must handover the item back to us. Availability depends on your pin code.

Refunds & Timeline
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving the returned product and are credited to the original payment method without any deduction.
- COD Orders: A refund link will be shared by ONYC to provide Bank/UPI details. Refunds are processed manually within 7 days after receiving the returned product.
Note: COD charges of ₹50 per order are non-refundable, as these are collected from customers at the time of placing the order.
Condition : Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
Exclusions :
- Products from BOGO or free-product deals are **not eligible** for returns.
- Used products cannot be returned to maintain hygiene standards.

Nice and safe for my baby as other sandals in the market are not upto the mark… heavy, not of perfect fit and also costly… and there are very few brands offering kids footwear range but i get a good choice options in ONYC… under very economic range
Comfortable
looks cute and lightweight but its all rubber. I prefer softer materials like cotton on the soles. The worst thing is that it slipped on tiles like hell. Baby couldn’t wear it indoors. For outdoors, it was fine but not at all suitable for indoor. He fell too many times when we visited the city mall. So didn’t like it all and gave it to maid.
