- Hassle-Free Returns/Exchange : Available within 7 days of delivery. Please allow 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
- Pick-Up Attempts : Two attempts will be made by us to pick-up the products. If unsuccessful, the customer must handover the item back to us. Availability depends on your pin code.

Refunds & Timeline
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving the returned product and are credited to the original payment method without any deduction.
- COD Orders: A refund link will be shared by ONYC to provide Bank/UPI details. Refunds are processed manually within 7 days after receiving the returned product.
Note: COD charges of ₹50 per order are non-refundable, as these are collected from customers at the time of placing the order.
Condition : Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.

Adorable footwear for my baby . Been a fan since day 1. Amazing snug fit and great for play . Have bought more than ten pairs and each one better than the other :) thank you guys ! Please manufacture more double strap velcro ones which toddlers can wear and remove on their own with ease and if the insides can be a darker colour instead of white. Rest every bit of the footwear collection is loved by my family and my babies.
