- Hassle-Free Returns/Exchange : Available within 7 days of delivery. Please allow 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
- Pick-Up Attempts : Two attempts will be made by us to pick-up the products. If unsuccessful, the customer must handover the item back to us. Availability depends on your pin code.

Refunds & Timeline
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving the returned product and are credited to the original payment method without any deduction.
- COD Orders: A refund link will be shared by ONYC to provide Bank/UPI details. Refunds are processed manually within 7 days after receiving the returned product.
Note: COD charges of ₹50 per order are non-refundable, as these are collected from customers at the time of placing the order.
Condition : Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.

- Products from BOGO or free-product deals are **not eligible** for returns.

I really not satisfied with e kart executive service because delivered date 21st Feb 2026 but he took OTP over call from me and he didn't delivered product . Today 23 Rd Feb 2026 I called his number and I personally went to ekart office kushalnagar hub collected my parcel ....really I felt very bad about executive service .... please warn the executive regarding particular issue .....thank you

My 1 year old girl was so reluctant to wear sandals and shoes I bought earlier. It might sound exaggerated but the sandals from onyc seemed so comfortable to her, she cried initially to wear but once she started walking, she started enjoying her walking. I got to learn that babies do have comfort as a necessity and the footwear are too good with a cover to pack them. That’s so thoughtful.
