Exchange & Return Policy
- Hassle-Free Returns/Exchange : Available within 7 days of delivery. Please allow 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
- Pick-Up Attempts : Two attempts will be made by us to pick-up the products. If unsuccessful, the customer must handover the item back to us. Availability depends on your pin code.

Refunds & Timeline
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving the returned product and are credited to the original payment method without any deduction.
- COD Orders: A refund link will be shared by ONYC to provide Bank/UPI details. Refunds are processed manually within 7 days after receiving the returned product.
Note: COD charges of ₹50 per order are non-refundable, as these are collected from customers at the time of placing the order.
Condition : Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
Exclusions :
- Products from BOGO or free-product deals are **not eligible** for returns.
- Used products cannot be returned to maintain hygiene standards.
- Once a product has been exchanged, it is not eligible for return. Please ensure the size, color, or item choice is correct before initiating the exchange.

We as parents liked the shoes, the material was skin friendly for our baby. One thing we'd love to see improve is the weight of the shoes. ONYC has light shoes but still heavier than some other brands we have purchased. The quality of onyc is top notch but could work on the "light weight" aspects. The shoe sole weight are a bit heavier than other brand shoes overall. And yes, we have already purchased more ONYC shoes and will do so, just make it available more.

Nicest quality so far….
I have ordered another version of show, which is a little bit big. But kept for the future. ordered this. The size is perfect and comes with velcro so we can tighten up, but ankle position is a little to the right, I felt. Not very comfortable.
